Guests have access to the entire apartment and nothing is shared. (The pool and bbq area in the building are however shared)

This building has quiet hours between 22:00-08:00, so we request that guest please respect these. No smoking inside the apartment at any time.
Also, Sea Point is undergoing a period of rejuvenation, which affects many buildings and we are no different. From 1 March 2025 our neighbouring building will be undergoing construction and thus there is sadly potential for noise disturbances and dust.
